The wonderful natural wealth of the place invites you to relax and live a unique experience, through the model of sustainable tourism what we implement with respect for the environment, community and culture.

At Mbaracayú Lodge we have accommodation in cabins and a camping area, in addition to the exquisite homemade cuisine that characterizes us, made with local products.

OUR HISTORY

Initially, our cabins were the homes of the park rangers, who sometimes received researchers close to the Foundation there. Over time the number of visitors increased, due to the great natural value of the Mbaracayú Reserve.

It was then that, with the strong conviction of strengthening the bond with the community, it was decided to create accommodation open to visitors so that more people could learn about the Reserve and the importance of its conservation.

Later, they began remodeling those cabins to convert them into what is now Mbaracayú Lodge, providing comfort to those who visit us. We currently have three cabins with a total of twelve rooms.

Once enabled, the Lodge also became an area of professional practice for the students of the Mbaracayú Educational Center, where they learn everything related to hospitality and tourism, being constantly trained by the professionals who carry out these tasks.

In addition to this, tourist activities were enabled in various points of the Reserve, such as trails, canoe rides, visits to waterfalls and climbing, so that they can get to know and explore a large part of the reserve.

We are a social enterprise of the Foundation and we work closely with local communities, promoting culture and protection of nature.

With your stay, you are contributing to the education of the students of the Mbaracayú Educational Center.
